Management
This department issues building permits, performs building

in Sonoma County. This website includes extensive zoning code
documentation.
Treasurer-Tax Collector
Responsible for the collection of Secured Property Taxes,
Supplemental Property Taxes and Unsecured Property Taxes and
the collection of Transient Occupancy Taxes in Sonoma County.
Auditor-Controller's
Office
The Auditor creates the property tax receivables, calculates
tax rates as well as calculating the tax allocations to jurisdictions.
This department also maintains the property tax charges and
distributes tax receipts.
